You must be at least 18 years old to use DiverseAI. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend or delete that account.

If you are using DiverseAI on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else or use a false identity. One person may not maintain more than one account unless explicitly permitted by us.

DiverseAI is a platform that:

• Connects users with verified expert contributors across wellness, legal, financial, and other professional domains
• Enables community discussion, including posts, comments, and anonymous participation
• Provides AI-powered features to help users find information, connect with experts, and navigate the Platform
• Facilitates bookings and sessions between users and Expert Contributors

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes where possible.

You own the content you post on DiverseAI ("Your Content"). By posting content, you grant DiverseAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the Platform. We do not sell Your Content to advertisers or third parties.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You confirm that:

• You have the right to post it
• It does not violate any law or third-party rights
• It complies with our Community Standards & Safety Policy

DiverseAI allows you to post and participate anonymously. While your public identity is not disclosed, we maintain internal records linking your anonymous activity to your registered account for safety and legal compliance purposes. See Section 7 of our Privacy Policy for full details.

Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

• Content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, self-harm, or harm to others
• Content that constitutes hate speech based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Content that harasses, threatens, bullies, or intimidates any individual or group
• Content that facilitates or encourages illegal activity
• Content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises minors in any form
• Spam, misleading information, or impersonation of other individuals or entities
• Content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party

Abusive behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, stalking, or persistent unwanted contact directed at other users.
• Threats of physical harm, doxxing, or intimidation.
• Coordinated abuse, brigading, or targeted harassment campaigns.
• Impersonation of another user, public figure, or DiverseAI employee.
• Attempting to circumvent content moderation, blocks, or account bans.

We reserve the right to permanently ban any user found to be engaging in abusive behaviour, without refund or recourse.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. As a user, you have the following tools available at all times:

• Flag content — Report any post or comment that violates our standards directly from the app
• Block users — Block any user to prevent them from interacting with you
• Remove your posts — Delete any of your own posts or content instantly from within the app
• Contact us — Email [email protected] to report inappropriate activity at any time

DiverseAI utilises large language models (LLMs) to power certain features, including AI chat, expert matching, and content recommendations. These features are tools to assist you — they do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

When you use AI-powered features, the text inputs and queries you type are transmitted to a third-party AI service provider to generate responses. Your name, email, payment details, and profile information are never transmitted to AI providers.

DiverseAI currently utilises LLMs provided by the following third-party AI providers:

We will notify you if we add or change AI providers.

• Your permission: You will be asked to grant consent before AI features are activated. If you decline, all other Platform features remain accessible. You may change your preference at any time via Settings → Privacy → AI Data Sharing
• Model training: We have contractual agreements with both Anthropic and OpenAI prohibiting the use of your data to train their models. Your inputs are used solely to generate your response and are not retained beyond that interaction.
• Encryption: All data transmitted to AI providers is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or greater.

Expert Contributors are independent professionals, not employees or agents of DiverseAI. DiverseAI verifies credentials but does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any expert session. You engage Expert Contributors at your own discretion.

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. By making a payment on DiverseAI, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms. DiverseAI does not store your full card details.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights. By using DiverseAI, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• Certain profile fields (address, zip/postal code, emergency contacts) are optional.
• You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
• We are GDPR and CCPA compliant.

All DiverseAI branding, logos, software, and proprietary content are owned by Diverse AI Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us only the limited licence described in Section 4 above.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, posted objectionable content, or engaged in abusive behaviour toward other users. Termination is effective immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

The current version will always be available at diverseaiapp.com/terms-of-use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, on an individual basis.
