Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with all policies incorporated by reference herein, constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Diverse Technical Solutions LLC (“Diverse AI,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas Limited Liability Company, governing your access to and use of the Diverse AI platform, mobile application, website located at diverseaiapp.com, and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the “Platform”).
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM IN ANY MANNER, INCLUDING BROWSING THE WEBSITE, DOWNLOADING THE APPLICATION, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR USING ANY SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL APPLICABLE POLICIES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, expert contributors, and any other parties who access or use the Platform in any capacity.
2.1 Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Platform. In jurisdictions where the age of majority exceeds 18 years, you must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Diverse AI does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data.
2.2 Platform Focus — Women Users: Diverse AI is a platform designed and optimized to serve women — including cisgender women, transgender women, non-binary individuals who identify with or are part of women’s communities, and individuals at any point along their gender journey. The Platform is specifically designed to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for this user base.
Women users enjoy full access to all Platform features, community spaces, AI tools, and expert marketplace services.
2.3 Expert Contributors — Open to All: The Expert Contributor program is open to individuals of all genders, including but not limited to women, men, non-binary, genderqueer, genderfluid, agender, and any other gender identity. Expert Contributors are professionals who provide services through the Platform to women users and must meet the credentialing, vetting, and conduct standards set forth in Part V of this Agreement. Expert status is determined by professional qualifications and conduct, not by gender identity.
2.4 Geographic Availability: The Platform is available globally, subject to applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Certain features may not be available in all regions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2.5 Account Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) maintain the security of your account credentials; (d) accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account; and (e) immediately notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.1 Description of Services: Diverse AI provides a multi-sided marketplace and community platform offering the following core services:
- AI-powered tools and resources tailored to women’s professional, health, financial, and personal development needs
- Expert marketplace connecting users with vetted professional contributors across disciplines including health, wellness, finance, legal, career, technology, and other domains
- Community features including discussion forums, anonymous engagement options, peer support networks, and collaborative spaces
- Educational content, workshops, courses, and AI literacy resources
- Professional networking and mentorship connections
- Personalized AI recommendations and insights
3.2 Beta Services: Portions of the Platform may be offered as beta, preview, early access, or evaluation services. Beta services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue beta services at any time without notice or liability.
3.3 Third-Party Services: The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, or content. Diverse AI does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by those parties’ terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review third-party terms before use.
3.4 Service Modifications: Diverse AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Platform includes AI-powered conversational features (including, without limitation, “AI Chat”) intended for emotional support, information, and navigation within the Platform. The following terms apply in addition to Sections 5.3 and 5.4.
(a) Nature of AI Chat. The conversational AI companion (“AI Chat”) uses generative artificial intelligence. It is not a person, does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading output. Using AI Chat does not create a physician-patient, attorney-client, therapist-client, or other professional-client relationship with Diverse AI or with any Expert Contributor. For any health, legal, financial, or safety decisions, consult a qualified professional.
(b) First-chat disclosure. When you first use AI Chat — or when we substantially update this Section 3.5 — we may present a short in-app acknowledgment summarizing that: (i) the assistant is AI, not a human; (ii) it is not professional advice; (iii) crisis lines and emergency services should be used in an emergency; and (iv) human experts are available on the Platform. Continued use of AI Chat after you proceed past that screen (or equivalent in-app acceptance) constitutes your acknowledgment of this Section 3.5.
(c) Human experts (call to action). Diverse AI may surface Expert Contributors — real people who offer services through the Platform. AI Chat may suggest experts when it reasonably fits what you have shared. Any booking, payment, or professional relationship is between you and the expert; Diverse AI provides marketplace infrastructure as described in Section 5. When you want individualized human support, we encourage you to connect with an appropriate Expert Contributor on the Platform, in addition to any community or emergency resources.
(d) Crisis and emergency — do not rely on AI. If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you are experiencing a mental health emergency, do not rely on AI Chat. Call your local emergency number immediately. In the United States: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line); for immediate physical danger, call 911. Outside the United States: find local crisis resources (for example, the International Association for Suicide Prevention crisis centres directory at https://www.iasp.info/resources/Crisis_Centres/).
(e) Safety monitoring. We may process AI Chat content for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service integrity, including automated tools and human review where appropriate, as further described in the Privacy Policy (Part II).
4.1 General Standards: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content you post, share, upload, or transmit through the Platform.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct: You agree NOT to:

4.3 Content Standards: User-generated content must comply with our Community Standards (Part IV). We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, Community Standards, or that we determine in our sole discretion is harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with the Platform’s mission.
4.4 Reporting Violations: If you observe conduct or content that violates these Terms, please report it to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate within 48 hours of receipt. Retaliation against users who make good-faith reports is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
5.1 Nature of Expert Services: Expert Contributors on the Platform are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Diverse AI. Diverse AI provides the marketplace infrastructure and vetting process but does not directly provide professional services of any kind. Any services rendered are between the user and the Expert Contributor directly.
5.2 No Professional-Client Relationship with Diverse AI: NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES OR CREATES A PROFESSIONAL-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP — INCLUDING PHYSICIAN-PATIENT, ATTORNEY-CLIENT, THERAPIST-CLIENT, OR FINANCIAL ADVISOR-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP — BETWEEN YOU AND DIVERSE AI. Diverse AI is a marketplace platform only.
5.3 Health and Mental Health Disclaimer: IMPORTANT: Content and services on this Platform, including those provided by health and wellness Expert Contributors, are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, mental health professional, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received on this Platform.
IN CASE OF MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL EMERGENCY SERVICES (911 IN THE US) IMMEDIATELY. FOR MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS SUPPORT, CONTACT THE 988 SUICIDE AND CRISIS LIFELINE BY CALLING OR TEXTING 988.
5.4 Financial and Legal Disclaimer: Content and services related to finance, investment, tax, or legal matters are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Diverse AI does not provide legal or financial services. Always consult qualified licensed professionals before making financial, legal, or tax decisions.
5.5 Payment and Refund Terms: Platform services and Expert Contributor sessions may be offered at no cost or for a fee. Fees, if applicable, are displayed at the time of booking. By completing a purchase, you authorize Diverse AI to charge the applicable amount. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled service for cancellations by the user, or within 7 days if the Expert fails to provide the service as described. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors subject to their own terms.
Your privacy is of paramount importance to Diverse AI. Our comprehensive Privacy Policy (Part II) governs how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. 7.1 Anonymous Participation: Diverse AI offers identity-flexible features that allow users to participate in community discussions and certain platform activities anonymously or under a chosen username, without disclosing their real identity. This feature is designed to protect user safety and encourage open, authentic engagement, particularly on sensitive topics.
7.2 Limits of Anonymity: While the Platform supports anonymous public-facing participation, Diverse AI maintains internal records linking accounts to registration information as required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and platform integrity. Anonymity is not absolute — in response to valid legal process, credible safety threats, or investigation of serious Terms violations, we may disclose identifying information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.3 Prohibited Use of Anonymity: Anonymous features may not be used to: harass, stalk, or threaten other users; engage in fraud or impersonation; circumvent account bans or restrictions; or violate any provision of these Terms. Abuse of anonymity features will result in immediate account termination.
8.1 Diverse AI Intellectual Property: The Platform and all its content, features, functionality, design, software, algorithms, trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names are owned by Diverse AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and internationally. The Diverse AI name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Diverse Technical Solutions LLC.
8.2 Limited License to Users: Subject to these Terms, Diverse AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to: sublicense, modify, copy, sell, or resell any Platform content; use data mining or similar data gathering methods; frame or mirror the Platform; or use Platform content for commercial purposes without written consent.
8.3 User Content License: By submitting, posting, or uploading any content to the Platform (“User Content”), you grant Diverse AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform and Diverse AI’s business operations, including for marketing, product improvement, and AI model training purposes (consistent with our Privacy Policy).

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 72 hours.
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. DIVERSE AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9.2 Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIVERSE AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DIVERSE AI’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DIVERSE AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).
9.3 Essential Basis: The limitations of liability set out in this Section reflect a reasonable and proportionate allocation of risk and are an essential element of the basis of the bargain between you and Diverse AI. Diverse AI would not be able to provide the Platform without these limitations.
9.4 Jurisdictional Variations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. If you are in such a jurisdiction, the above exclusions and limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits Diverse AI’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Diverse AI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, and Expert Contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; (c) your use of the Platform; (d) your violation of any third party’s rights; or (e) your violation of applicable law.
11.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the account deletion feature in the Platform settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid except as provided in our refund policy.
11.2 Termination or Suspension by Diverse AI: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason, including: (a) violation of these Terms or any incorporated policy; (b) conduct we determine is harmful to other users, Expert Contributors, or Diverse AI; (c) requests by law enforcement or government authorities; (d) extended inactivity; or (e) discontinuation of the Platform. In cases of serious violations, particularly those involving safety threats to women users, termination may be immediate and permanent.
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Platform immediately ceases. Diverse AI may delete your account data consistent with our Privacy Policy and data retention schedules. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall survive.
12.1 Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Diverse AI at [email protected]. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt.
12.2 Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the relationship between you and Diverse AI shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS (or its successor) under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, except as modified by these Terms. The arbitration shall be conducted in Houston, Texas, USA, or by videoconference. The arbitrator shall have authority to grant any remedy available in court. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12.3 Class Action Waiver: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR BRING CLASS ACTION LITIGATION, MULTI-PLAINTIFF LITIGATION, MASS ACTION LITIGATION, OR CONSOLIDATED ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST DIVERSE AI. ARBITRATION UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
12.4 Exceptions to Arbitration: Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm while arbitration proceeds. Claims within the jurisdiction of small claims courts may be brought in such courts without arbitration.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection law. EU/UK users may also contact the relevant data protection authority and may have the right to bring disputes before courts in their country of residence.
12.7 International Users: If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Diverse AI makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in all countries.
13.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Standards, Expert Contributor Terms, and Accessibility & AI Ethics Policy incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Diverse AI with respect to the Platform.
13.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver: Diverse AI’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
13.4 Force Majeure: Diverse AI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, pandemic, cyberattacks, or internet infrastructure failures.
13.5 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without Diverse AI’s prior written consent. Diverse AI may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.

13.7 Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-Platform notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect (or shorter notice if required by law). Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of such data. We list all third-party cookie providers in our Cookie Consent Management Platform and update this list quarterly.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. Because there is no universal standard for how DNT signals should be handled, our Platform does not currently alter its behavior in response to DNT signals. California users may exercise equivalent rights under the CCPA.
Community Standards & Safety Policy
Diverse AI exists to create a genuinely safe space for women. These Community Standards reflect that core purpose. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We take safety reports seriously and commit to fair, transparent enforcement.
The Diverse AI community is founded on respect, empowerment, authenticity, inclusion, and safety. We celebrate women’s diversity — of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, body size, socioeconomic background, and lived experience. We expect all participants — users and Expert Contributors alike — to uphold these values in every interaction.
The following conduct will result in immediate and permanent account termination with no appeal:
- Sexual harassment, sexual coercion, or any non-consensual sexual conduct toward any Platform participant
- Stalking, credible threats of violence, or threats targeting an individual’s safety
- Sharing non-consensual intimate images (NCII) or any content that sexualizes individuals without consent
- Targeting users with coordinated harassment campaigns
- Any conduct that facilitates harm to minors, including grooming, exploitation, or sharing illegal content
- Doxxing: exposing private personal information (home address, workplace, family members) of any individual to facilitate harm
- Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Impersonating Diverse AI staff, safety personnel, or emergency services
As a platform centered on women’s wellbeing, we implement additional safety measures:
- Dedicated safety reporting pathway at [email protected] with 24-hour response commitment
- Trained safety review team with expertise in gender-based violence and online harassment
- Emergency resource integration: crisis hotlines displayed contextually where relevant to discussions
- Proactive content moderation using AI-assisted detection with human review for sensitive reports
- Partner relationships with women’s safety organizations for specialist escalation
- Zero tolerance for gender-based harassment, misogynistic content, and content that undermines women’s autonomy
- Protective measures for anonymous users, including anonymization of reports to prevent retaliation
When content is reported or flagged, our process is:
- Initial review by automated moderation systems within 1 hour of report
- Human moderator review within 24 hours for reports involving potential harassment, threats, or safety issues
- Decision: no action / content warning / content removal / account restriction / account suspension / permanent ban
- Notification to reporting user and subject user of outcome (where lawful)
- Appeal process: users may appeal moderation decisions within 14 days by contacting [email protected]
- Escalation to law enforcement where conduct constitutes a credible criminal threat
Discussions about mental health, self-harm, eating disorders, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other sensitive topics are permitted within our community given the Platform’s support mission. When engaging with these topics, content must:
- Be supportive, not instructional regarding harmful behaviors
- Not glorify, romanticize, or encourage self-harm or disordered behaviors
- Include content warnings where appropriate
- Follow suicide/self-harm safe messaging guidelines (based on WHO and AFSP frameworks)

Accessibility & AI Ethics Policy
Diverse AI is committed to ensuring that the Platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We target compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards and applicable accessibility law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act, the EU Web Accessibility Directive, the UK Equality Act 2010, and equivalent international standards.
If you encounter accessibility barriers on our Platform, please contact us at [email protected]. We commit to responding to accessibility concerns within 5 business days and prioritizing accessibility remediation.
Diverse AI’s AI systems are designed and operated in accordance with the following ethical principles:
AE2.1 Fairness and Non-Discrimination: We are committed to identifying and mitigating bias in our AI systems, particularly with respect to race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and other protected characteristics. We conduct regular algorithmic audits and work with diverse advisory communities to evaluate fairness. Our AI is designed to amplify women’s voices and opportunities, not to replicate or entrench historical biases.
AE2.2 Transparency: When significant decisions affecting you are made by automated systems (such as Expert matching, content recommendations, or account moderation flags), we will inform you that automated processing was involved and provide a mechanism to request human review of decisions that materially affect you. This right is provided under GDPR Article 22 and equivalent provisions.
AE2.3 Human Oversight: All AI-assisted moderation decisions that result in account restriction or termination are subject to human review. AI tools on the Platform are designed to support Expert Contributors and users, not to replace professional judgment in health, legal, or financial matters.
AE2.4 Privacy by Design: AI features are built with privacy by design and default: data minimization, purpose limitation, and security are embedded from initial design, not added as an afterthought. We conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for all high-risk AI processing activities as required under GDPR Article 35.
AE2.5 Safety: AI features are tested for safety before deployment, including adversarial testing for harmful outputs. AI-generated content is clearly labeled where it may be confused with human expert advice. Our AI systems are not deployed as substitutes for licensed professional advice in health, legal, or financial domains.
AE2.6 Compliance with Emerging AI Regulation: Diverse AI monitors and proactively prepares for compliance with emerging AI-specific regulation globally, including the EU AI Act (effective 2026), the US Executive Orders on AI safety, and emerging AI governance frameworks in India, UAE, and other key markets. We maintain an internal AI Governance function responsible for ongoing compliance.
Diverse AI does not use manipulative design patterns (“dark patterns”) intended to exploit user psychology, create compulsive usage, or undermine informed decision-making. We do not use infinite scroll, artificially engineered social pressure, or hidden subscription traps. Our commitment to women’s wellbeing extends to the design of the Platform itself.
